Who May Use This Site
Age Requirement

What You Should NOT Submit
Do not submit:
- Classified information or sealed court records
- Medical records protected by law unless you have lawful permission
- Restricted criminal justice data or restricted law-enforcement systems data
- Passwords, private keys, or account login information
- Documents you stole or accessed without legal permission
If you are unsure whether a document is protected or restricted, do not submit it. Get legal advice from your own lawyer.
Your Content and Your Responsibility
You are responsible for what you submit.
You represent that you have a lawful right to submit the material and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Our Rights

We may refuse, remove, or delete submissions for any reason, including safety or legal risk.
